The book is a good one but, be careful !!! It has only 183 pages and is useless without the Trainer's Guide of the same author that is NOT included with this book and is NOT included in the price.

This is an excellent and very easy resource to use to teach and learn training. I use it in a senior level college course as a text. It covers the all of the critical topics required to learn how to train effectively.
