This book is very informative, straight to the point, and portable. Excellent companion for taking anywhere you go.

Pros:
- Conveniently sorted by disease state

Cons:
- Getting a little outdated
- Dosing information is not entirely complete (eg. duration of therapy for infection treatment)
- More dosing tables would have been handy to serve as a quicker reference, rather than having to dig through paragraphs.

Excellent Service. The book arrived in about 4 days. The book needs no review. The Wash. Manual is still the best quick reference out there.

Excellent bedside review manual on the run to the ICU, CCU, SICU for an urgent case. Mostly for MDs, a bit hard for medical students, and hard for nurses.

- Great Book - I do wish it was spiral bound
This is an excellent clincal resource! I do wish that it was actually a spiral bound book as the description implies. I actually purchased the book assuming this and was disapointed that it was not. That aside, the content is excellent.
