Editorial Review: Math Review for the GRE, GMAT, and MCAT covers the topics found on the GRE, GMAT, and MCAT exams, including the properties of numbers, systems of measurements, signed numbers, powers, exponents, roots, algebra, and plane geometry. In addition, more advanced topics found in the MCAT are covered, including trigonometry, logarithms, coordinate geometry, probability, statistics, and scalars and vectors. The book offers strategies and practice for answering the types of math questions the test taker is likely to encounter: problem solving/quantitative analysis, quantitative comparison, data sufficiency, and data interpretation. It serves as an excellent complement to the Peterson's/ARCO graduate-level test prep books. The book has been reviewed by math experts, and a significant number of errors have been corrected for the 2003 edition.

Rating: - Not Focused Enough, But OK for Extra Practice
I bought this book to prep for the GRE, so for me the additional material for the GMAT and MCAT was mostly a distraction. (About 25% of the problems in the three practice tests weren't relevant to the GRE.) If you're prepping for more than one of these exams, this book is probably a great value. For the rest of us, the low price means it's probably still worth buying for extra practice; I just wouldn't rely on it as my only prep material.
