While not quite as "Easy" as most people would expect, it is still a great readily accessible reference book. I have used this in fitness instruction and as a fast reference book in university. It was definitely written in simple-to-understand terms, without requiring 3rd year university to figure out anatomy or physiology. I also liked the study questions. Thanks for writing this book.

This book has been a lifesaver for me in my anatomy and physiology classes. It really simplifies the concepts I need to know (the class is textbook is written in doctor speak, not sure how any non-doctors could ever understand anything from it). I like that is has a lot of tables and illustrations to explain the different body systems. The best part though, are the quizzes at the end of each chapter. Anatomy and Physiology the Easy Way is a great book that summarizes and really drives home the main point of A&P classes. I bought it after I'd taken the first semester and wished that I'd had it all along. 1st semester I got a high B, but now I'm at a startling 96% with the help of this book. GET IT! You won't be disappointed! Its a great investment, even for starving college students.
