I use this when I teach the senior level management course in a school of nursing. there will be a new edition in fall 2007.

The typical challenge faced by teachers of this content at this level is that when the stduents are in their very last semester, they need to "keep it real" and stay motivated to learn the content which may seem abstract at times. I bought this book for my Health Care Management Class for college, and I think this is a good source. The readings are so complete that they are a little too hard for me, but it covers all the possible job-related experiences.
