Editorial Review:
In the past year, Step II CK has undergone an overhaul. The passing score has been increased and the questions are more difficult. Additionally, a separate CS portion has been added to the exam. The information in this book is new, up-to-date, and all one needs to know to ace Step II. It includes acronyms, pictograms, and other memory tricks that are effective in augmenting the single most important aspect of studying-retention. This book accurately depicts how each discipline is realistically weighted on the exam and focuses on the information you really need to know to achieve the score you desire. As residency programs become more and more competitive, it's becoming even more important to get a score that will provide the edge you need. This single book contains the tools any student will need to not only pass, but attain a competitive score on Step II.

Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: out of 5 stars - Full of errors and incorrect information

Cons: This book is full of mistakes. It seems like it was never proofread or read by anyone who has any medical expirence or knowledge. Hardly a page went by without multiple errors and incorrect information. Mistakes were large and small and included incorrect information, calling diseases by the wrong name, layout errors, misspelling, and many others. Also many topics were a little too brief and left of key ... Read More
