Rating: - Waste of time and money
This booklet is mis-titled: it covers only a few (less common) syndromes, and the emphasis is on hemorrhagic stroke. Superficial and turgid prose, glaring omissions, crappy diagrams. There are many infinitely better resources available. Don't waste your money. The esteemed authors could have done much, much better.
