I picked up a copy of the first edition of this book while working on my master's degree in ergonmics. I found it to be a useful quick reference. Once working as an ergonomist it proved to be a valuable tool. It is small enough to be easy to carry along when going out to work sites. The various illustrations are simple and clear; handy when explaining a concept. I've recommended it to workers, managers and supervisors who wanted a low-cost reference.
