Rating: - Great primer for the newbie to Focusing
I knew next-to-nothing about the therapy of Focusing when I picked up this book, but through Dr. Neil's gentle, guiding hands, I've managing to begin implementing small, but helpful, Focusing techniques into my everyday life. Little by little, the tasks he supports have brought me a sense of inner peace and calm I've never felt before. Thanks, Dr. Neil!
Rating: - FOCUSING 101!
For starters, I know absolutely nothing about the therapy of FOCUSING. Or at least, I didn't until I read this book. Neil Friedman is not only a practitioner of the art of Focusing, but obviously a student of this revolutionary new therapy that has already helped me feel less blocked -- and more open. Thanks, Dr. Neil! And if you buy this book, you'll be thanking yourself next!
