This book is a cash grab. Seeking to cash in on a previously well written book with Winnie, Waldman seriously insults the intelligence of his would be readers. Not only are the diagrams cell-shaded, but they were over simplified to the point of being useless. Also I recall at one point he advocates using steroids in his approach to the stellate ganglion in the treatment of CRPS, no safe practitioner would do this.
