This is a great and funny book. I remember in 5th grade reading this book over and over, and now, 12 years later I picked it up again and it was still as fun as it was back then.
Gary Boone is a young jokester, destined for a life in stand up comedy when he is an adult, but for now, he has parents and school to deal with. This book, written by Louis Sachar, was a very enjoyable book. It's a very easy book, but you won't be able to put it down. It's about a boy by the name of Gary W. Boone. "If you take the Oon from Boone and the G from Gary, it makes Goon!"
