Rating: out of 5 stars - Working For Me
I watched the television show, read the book, now listen to the cd daily. Can tell a major difference in how I eat and how I feel about myself. My husband has even noticed a changed in my attitude and energy level. Would highly recommend - especially the cd!!!!!!!!!!

Rating: out of 5 stars - flalaskan
It appears to be a logical way of eating. I'm going to give it a try and let you know if it works.

To start with, the book is very thin, and not only is double-spaced throughout, but there is a lot of blank space in the margins as well. If it had been done up properly it would only be about half the ... Read More
