Rating: out of 5 stars - Easy and Delicious
Being not the best of cooks, and having an active family makes dinner, at times, difficult. This cook book saved me time, and my family actually ate what I cooked! Most of the ingredients were in my pantry and the southwestern dishes were out of this world. This is a must for the busy woman, and by using these recipes, everyone thought I had taken cooking classes!
