i love this book, although i am not a therapist i wish my therapist would have givin me this homework so that i could feel like i'm getting somewhere instead of just spinning my wheels. i love that it has the disk with all the wookbook pages, i use it for myself and for people in my online suport group. the book that i got had a 3.5" disk and it was confusing to have to use my very old computer to traspher the data to my new computer without a 3.5" drive. you can contact me if you run into this problom ...
