I bought the paperback of this from Amazon because the direct mail advertisement I got sounded so good, and cost over $30 more in hardback. It doesn't live up to the hype, at least if you're as healthy as I happily am.

I've bought a few home remedy books over the years and they were all pretty useless, but this one is excellent. There is information in here I haven't seen anywhere else, and once tried, boy was I surprised at how well it worked. This is really sound, researched, rational information. I don't even put it away. It's always on my desk.

I had ordered this book as one of the Christmas presents for my Mother in N.H. I had ordered it within the time-frame guarenteed for Christmas, it did not come. Very disappointing, as this was the third book from Amazon that did not get under the tree on time this year.
