Editorial Review: Book Description: When we last saw George and Harold, they were about to take their pet pterodactyl Crackers back to the Cretaceous period. But things didn't work out quite as they had hoped. They've entered an absurd alternate reality where teachers are nice, kids are allowed to read banned books, and the cafeteria food doesn't smell like dirty diapers. Even worse, they've discovered alternate versions of themselves--Evil George and Evil Harold--who plan to unleash some preposterous plans on Piqua, Ohio. Now it's up to George and Harold to defeat the evil twins and THEIR superhero, Captain Blunderpants! Take the Captain Underpants Creatively Kooky Comic Challenge!

Rating: - A Book Review by Brendan
In our world Harold and George are nice. In the other dimension Harold and George are evil. Harold and George go in a potty transporter. If you like funny stuff this book is right fo ryou.
You might find something silly in the beginning of every Captain Underpants book.
Rating: - Captain Underpants
My kids love, love, love this line of books. My only problem is they read them so much and with the Flip-o-rama, the pages come apart real easy and fall out of the book. So I wish they were made a little sturdier. Other then that, love them!
Rating: - Great Dav Pilkey series..
Personally I did not care much about Dav Pilkey's books, but my 7 year old son just can't get enough and that is all it matters. He had some reading problems and he just was not motivated until he was introduce these books and now he can't stop reading... he thinks they are so funny!
Thank you!
Rating: - Are they kidding with this book?
I don't consider myself a prude, but my son brought this book home from a school book fair for first and second graders and I was shocked. Talk about teaching the wrong message. Between the misspelled words and vulgar language, I was very very surprised. I would definitely not recommend this book for kids this age and I am surprised at Scholastics lack of common sense in bringing it to a school book fair.
Rating: - Pilkey's Purple Potty People prevail!
My 8-year-old loved it. Funny without being unkind. Laugh with, not at. Sure, there are some pranks, but essentially harmless. Also my 17-year-old loved it, and yes, my 42-year-old wife loved it. And I got a great deal of entertainment, also. Buy it and have fun!!
