I originally found the text from this book while looking for the perfect ceremony readings for my Sept. '08 wedding. We decided the poem was a bit long for a reading--but I really wanted to incorporate it into the ceremony in some way. The illustrations are light-hearted and amusing, perfectly suiting the text which expresses so many things one thinks about friendship but perhaps never said. I bought copies for some friends and all my grandchildren, too.
