Philadelphia bookstore owner Kate comes home from work one day to find her two flatmates in bed together. Joe - a sensitive composer - is mortified. Sean - an irrepressible bad boy - asks her to join in. As they embark on a polysexual menage a trois, Kate wants nothing more than to keep both her admirers happy. However, things become complicated. Kate has told everyone that Sean is gay, but now he and Kate are acting like lovers. Can the three of them live happily ever after - together?

When Kate finds her two male roommates in bed together, they challenge her to join in. Can the three of them live happily ever after - together?

Rating: out of 5 stars - Beta Hero
It is really unusual to find a Beta Hero. Here, the quest is successful. Joe is a wonderful character. I really enjoyed Emmy Holly's offering. Bondage, not so much, but it played less of a role in the total number of scenes than some of the paranormal/erotic romances I've read. Joe is a great guy, and you know, I'm ok with Sean because of his effect on Joe! Perhaps Kate would agree. So.. would it be necessary for Joe to discover a dominant side for Kate (and readers?) to fully accept him? ... Read More

Rating: out of 5 stars - It was pretty good. Very erotic.
A lot of rear-door sexual activity. Kate is a divorced landlady. Sean and Joe rent rooms from her. She walks in on them having sex and is invited to join them.

Sexual content: erotic. Setting: current day Philadelphia. Copyright: 1998. Genre: erotic contemporary romance.

Rating: out of 5 stars - WOW
This starts off HOT and doesn't stop. I've read this book more times than I can count. If you are squimish about guy on guy this isn't for you, but if you're not, READ THIS BOOK! It has a good story and lots of sexy scenarios! STEAMY; makes me want to find a couple of guys for myself.

Rating: out of 5 stars - One of the best erotic novels out there
Menage by Emma Holly is one of the best erotic novels I have ever had the pleasure of reading. It combines together scenes of M/W, M/M, M/W/M that would get almost any one in the mood with real charters. You actually get involved in the plot. Some novels there is a loose plot to get you from encounter to encounter but not so in most of Ms. Holly's books.

Rating: out of 5 stars - Well written threesom.
Heaps of steamy sex scenes, just enough story, and only one scene that made me uncomfortable. Even has a beautiful romantic feel to the story. That's what I love, passionate writting that makes you wish your own life were as fulfilling, romance to make you sigh, and an occasional laugh to keep you grounded.
One of Emma Holly's best.
The female character, Kate, is strong enough not to be annoying, but vulnerable enough to still be interesting. The guys are separate characters, not refections ... Read More
