Its a very nice book, the only complaint is that I did not know that a brand new book usually comes with s study guide. This did not. You really don't save any, just buy the combo...unless its a lot cheaper, this one was 67+ I think...The book is nice though! (and comes with a CD!)

With being in an accelerated nursing school program i thought this book was great for referncing the material the instructors taught. It explained things in simple way and helped to build a strong foundation in pharmacology.
