Ordered this book with overnight delivery option. UPS driver made no attempt to get this book delivered on time. I still have not received it; it is now three days late!
I will not be using Amazon.com anymore because they are unwilling to investigate the matter. I purchased products exceeding $1000 over the last two months. They have permanently lost by business.

I ordered study guide for my Med-Surg nursing class in hopes of receiving the material in time to study for my exam which was 3 1/2 weeks away from the orginal purchase date. My exam has come and gone and I still have not received this book. Disappointed is the only description I can give at this time.

this is a tool that will definitely assist in the nursing students overall learning. the pages are removable, and the answer key in the back gives the rationales. there are case studies, multiple answer questions, multiple choice and pharmacology questions as well--all of which apply to the nursing process. while nclex is changing the format of the questions, this study guide has quite the variety in question format. this is the second one i have purchased. i had an instructor for np2 who really ...
