Rating: - Missing CD, Amazon won't provide it
The book is supposed to come with a CD (the so-called "mastering web access kit"), but Amazon failed to provide it. On calling their customer service, they said not only did they not have it, but they couldn't get it. If you need the CD for a class, get the book elsewhere.
Rating: - poor customer cervice
I had a tereble experience in purchasing of this book. I ordered a new book with its web mastering kit. They send me the book without the mastering kit. I called to amazon and they saied I ned to reorder it. The second order also came the way like the first. Who is going to be responsible about the time I missed in this process as a result of irrisponsible peoples missmanaged my order.
as a result I am almost decided not to be a customer of Amazon.com
Rating: - Ok...
Took a few days longer then i would have liked, but not too bad!!
Rating: - Book is good, CD useless
The book has great examples and is very accessible for the beginner. The cd, on the other hand, is pretty useless for studying. I was expecting interactive tests and vocabulary- hands on learning. Instead it's very basic and random. For example, the first chapter has only 2 items to it- the first one being a short video on how an airbag works. How does this help me get an A?
Rating: - I still hate chemistry
Great textbook, it really helped me learn what I needed to for school. I still hate the class though.
