Average Rating:
Rating: - Great undergraduate text
I have found this book first rate with a great depth of interesting material which makes it a very readable book. One criticism is that I would have liked in text references rather than just a recommended reading section at the end of each chapter. Nevertheless, for anyone teaching about vitamins at undergraduate level this is a great start.
