Rating: - student and instructor use
I used this text as an undergraduate exercise student, and now I am recommending it to my undergraduate students who are looking to expand upon the NSCA text I use for Health Related Muscular Fitness. It identifies origins and insertions, joint actions and innervations, in addition to practitioner-based information on palpation, strength, and flexibility of each muscle. I highly recommend this text!
